One of the key components of the Higher Education space is the placement workflowand we were keen to get bring in automation coupled with a beautiful interface for the students, corporates and placement managers within a college.

This is how the flow works :-

1. Corporates register on the platform and choose which college they want to go and hire from. They are given a choice of city, discipline etc.

2. We give them access to the colleges who fall within those parameters. The College Administrators take over and are then the primary stakeholders of this relationship.

3. Corporates can schedule interviews within these colleges and get a RSVP from students alongwith their marks and other information. The corporates can decide who to interview based on these details.

4. Thats it!! - we connect the college to the corporate to the student in a seamless manner and let technology assist. The college placement officer does not have to call and remind the students and corporates about the date, venue etc of the interview - We take care of it.

5. The college gets an updates MIS report on all its students. What is the salary scale, who was placed where and can get realtime feedback from the corporates.

We are also offering the facility of a college extending its placement outreach by tapping into the My Open Campus corporate database. This will be a premium service which will exponentially increase the placement opportunities for a college.

This module has gone live for a handful of our partner colleges and will be rolled out across the ecosystem soon.
