Loooking for a core team member...

Hi Folks!  I am looking for a hard-core programming guru to join our startup as part of the core team.  Initially salary may not be the best, but ownership in the company is offered, and later money will not be an issue.  This startup has won several awards including Economic Times Power of Ideas, DST-Lockheed Martin India Innovation Program and Wipro-Wharton Global Innovation Competition.
