Rent out an office set up

We are shifting to a new office space and are looking for someone who would be interested in our existing Plug N Play setup The office is well furnished and is in a commercial complex and is ideal for an IT company. It’s an approx 1500 sq ft. area and the setup has a seating capacity for 30 people including AC’s and LAN connection and has 2 cabins and one meeting room.
