Sweta Mohapatra, the founder of DiversityVision is a management graduate from SCMHRD and has held varied generalist, specialist and consulting roles in her experience spread over more than fourteen years. In her past organizations like Marico, EDS, Cerebrus, Barclays and Vodafone, she has worked closely with business leaders and managers around creating people plans, attracting, growing and developing talent, and other strategic HR priorities. She has won an HR Emerging Thinkers award by ISTD, in 2007 and is also a Certified Learning and Development Manager accredited by Carlston University. As a certified SHL assessor, she has led many development centers in the past. In her last assignment, she led the learning and development function for Vodafone Shared Services servicing pan India workforce of more than 8000 employees. Passionate about what technology can do for HR and learning, she drove the change management exercise towards a self-paced learning culture through launch and advocacy for E-learnings. Sweta has been driving diversity, inclusivity, meritocracy and gender intelligent environment for employees and managers in her past roles. She is empaneled with Cherie Blair Foundation for Women as a mentor for budding women leaders and is pursuing her doctoral research around talent management of women. She is also Fellow in the esteemed VVLead programme, which is a global leadership programme for emerging women leaders.
