About Me:
Dr. Satasuryaa K. Sharma is the Founder and Managing Director at the National School of Leadership, IN, which is a national mission to promote leadership education in India and the nation's first leadership school offering focussed higher education in Leadership, right from Bachelors to Ph.D.

Before starting NSL, he has held multiple leadership positions in some of the biggest organizations in the world. He was the Vice President at Boston Analytics and Country Head - GSS at CapGemini, which was empowered by an employee strength of over 80,000 people. He started India operations for SiezeWorks LLC, an MNC based out of California, US, and headed International Operations for the organization. SiezeWorks grew multiple folds within a few months and later, got acquired by Fishnet LLC. Having started his career early as an ethical hacker and vulnerability assessor, Dr. Satasuryaa was also a Technology Consultant at Patni during the early days of his career.

Dr. Satasuryaa holds a doctorate in Management with his dissertation titled "Transformational Leadership: A Catalyst to promoting Organizational Change in 21st century Technology Driven Organizations in India". He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta and an MS in Computer Science from MD University.
