Well I have completed my engineering in Printing Technology and after that I joined Repro India Ltd. as a management trainee in production department. Repro is one of the biggest commercial printing presses in India. At Repro I had one of the finest time in my life. Learned a lot professionally and personally. After around 2 years I felt need for higher education and so I joined Vishwakarma Institute of Management and I did my MBA in operations management. In my MBA last semester decided to go for entrepreneurship and started thinking towards it and decided to start my own firm in Print Management. So papermint came into existence.
Papermint is a print management startup which manages multiple vendors for a company and its a purely service based startup for printing jobs only. But everything in Printing. Today big companies need lots of promotional materials and for which they have to manage lots of vendors and cant focus on their core activities so its basically a print jobs outsourcing assistance service
I also work on Print Optimization for projects. Print Optimization not only means tightly controlling the parameters that go in a printing project like size, quantity, paper type but it starts with need of the printing project, the designing, the process to be used to make a perfect printed product which suits the need and purpose and then to deliver the product to right person at right time.
Thus it can result into significant cost savings or getting more with same cost.
Currently papermint's website is under construction and soon it will be functional same with some promotional activities that I am planning with some exclusive services like Print on Demand in Pune.
