SEO Roles and Responsibilities : 

  • Increase traffic through organic means, on all our websites to augment lead generation.
  • Improve organic search results for all our websites.
  • Place keywords appropriately in copy to gain most search engine traffic.
  • Coordinate with the content team and use effective call-to-action statements and original, powerful SEO content for blogs and websites.
  • Implement off-page SEO content strategies.
  • Review, analyse and then advise on areas that need to improved, deleted, or revised.
  • Evaluate traffic, landing page quality, security, demographics of prospective customers, etc when determining keywords and campaigns.
  • Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for all our sites.
  • Ensure all our websites are filled with optimal keywords and effectively use header tags.
  • Strategies ways to improve and track site performance.
  • Compile and present SEO performance reports.
  • Consult with independent web designers / vendors to improve the navigation of a site to enhance its search engine ranking.
  • Utilize basic programming and web design skills to enhance SEO.
  • Strategies and implement social media tactic.
  • Communicating in a professional, but unique social media "voice".
  • Manage pay-per-click campaigns when required.
  • Manage back end (wordpress) and plugins.

  • Be a good team player and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders internally and with clients.
  • Be a go-getter.
  • Demonstrated good written/spoken communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities are a must.

Typical Delieverables :

  • Setup Multivariate and A/B tests and Targeting. campaigns.
  • Design, Creates, QAs & Monitors Test Campaigns.
  • Make recommendations based on results and continuously seeks to improve results.
  • Create and maintain onsite catalog of test results.
    Website behavior and customer experience deep dive analysis.
  • Data audit and validation across systems and tools.
  • Complex ad-hoc data requests.
  • Coordinating tags, tracking parameter implementations.

Technical / Functional Skills : 

  • Preferred certification in Adobe SiteCatalyst and Test & Target.
  • Preferred exposure to SAS, Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understands relevant technology applications in his/her area.
  • Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in day to day work.
  • Understands the web ecosystems and best practices and applies this knowledge to work.

Knowledge / Background / Experience :

  • 2 to 4 years of Experience in Web Analytics, data capturing, tool implementation and analysis required.
  • Extensive work experience in Adobe tools including SiteCatalyst and Test & Target required
  • Track record of successful test ideation, execution and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources required.
  • Experience in program management with ability to lead discussions in group as well as 1-1 meetings required.
  • Experience in presenting to varying audience effectively in person and on call required.
  • Experience in large companies with multiple functions / business units in an onshore-offshore model preferred
