Hello all,

I hear of this offshore office model as one way adopted by many desi companies to enjoy benefits/tax savings. Googled but cant find any clean article pointing to what are those exact savings, benefits for an Indian dotcom or a IT services company. Also, any drawbacks etc. of this model. 

Taking Singapore in particular for opening this office, any benefits of this country over others?
