Using hands-on labs in training environment with fictional data, participants gain a broad overview of everything Microsoft Dynamics CRM can do out-of-the-box. This includes the sales, marketing, and service processes, as well as the reports and dashboards, system administrator functions, and system customizing functions.
Intermediate technical recommended. Understanding of data and relational databases helpful. Since the CRM course is focused on the application and not on processes, this training is not recommended for end-users, but rather is more appropriate for those who will be customizing or supporting the application.
