Job Description-

We are actively seeking candidates who have experience in executing business development activities in the IT & ITeS. The candidate should be passionate about BD and have a strong interest in marketing and business development with adequate knowledge of IT industry.

Required Skills-

  • Acts as a strategic partner with the client, cultivating relationships while providing solutions to complex business needs.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive solution sales and proposals.
  • Ability to craft compelling proposals in partnership with our technical delivery team.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Products.
  • Ability to handle complex task and exceed client expectations.
  • Conducts opportunity assessment for all accounts and defines overall account strategy.
  • Must be able to sell multiple product lines and possess ability to learn new products and services.
  • Should have basic knowledge of IT products like “Servers, Network Devices, Firewall, Laptop, Desktop, Surveillance & Security System, Software & Application.

Roles & Responsibility-

* Manages business needs on a day-to-day basis which includes regular market visits with clients, and engagement in the industry and issues of the day.

*  Generating leads by making cold calls, telesales, e-mail Campaign, internet searches.

* Evaluate products and continuously update offerings to address changing customer and consumer needs.

*  Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objective.

*  Explain advantages and features of service being sold to stimulate customer's interest.

*  Answer customer's questions pertaining to service being offered.

*  Manage sales portfolio to ensure proposals and estimates are delivered leveraging the right processes, approvals, and quality.

* Builds relationships with all internal departments, specifically client services, and extend the leadership role of the sales team across all functional areas.

*  Understand client’s business requirement & offer/suggest correct solutions fit for their environment.

*  Target oriented & focused.
