Manager / Senior Associate - Brand Servicing
The main role for Client Services Manager is to create and maintain relationship between the agency and it’s clients. The Brand Services Manager’s will generally ensure the alignment of promotional strategies with overall business goals for each client through liaison, direct contact and judicious management of agency resources. He/She will be the key, day-to-day agency representative of the client and will maintain a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions.
The Client Services Manager will work along the Directors/ Partners / Advisors for creating an overall Marketing/Strategy plan for each client, creating presentations as well as writing proposals and engagement strategies.

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Maintains senior level client contacts on daily basis.
-Works proactively to provide client marketing needs with the greatest amount of added value by communication.
-Receives client briefings, and analyses the input of client together with background knowledge, research, field feedback etc. to produce creative     brief for the Creative & Media team. 
-Writes Business proposals to help close new business, attending client presentations and documenting client scope, thus making sure that the sales   process has progressed effectively.
-Cooperates with customer inquiries, agency inquiries and internally controls the market to provide competent solution. 
-Provides creative, production, media, public relations and interactive department personnel with well-documented input, support data and   production materials as required; ensures that advertising strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by the creative and   media groups. 
-Responsible for staying informed on activities that are being performed on their accounts and being the final sign off on ALL important   documentation/deliverables before they go to a client. This includes: budget, project plan, mockups, storyboards, deliverables, etc.
-Provides creative, production, media, public relations and interactive department personnel with well-documented input, support data and   production materials as required; ensures that advertising strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by the creative and   media groups.
-Coordinates with client/s for approval of invoices.
-Ensures prompt collection of account receivables and ensures that they don’t exceed the given limits.
-Writes Client Contact Reports; reviews important developments with relevant account executives and director of client services. 
-Prepares month-end overviews of client’s current activities, and monthly revenue forecasts, plus plans for future development of accounts. 

Skills
-Must have completed a business degree with an emphasis on marketing / Advertising, or have completed a comparable training.
-At least 3 years professional experience in client servicing / key account management / marketing / in an agency, ideally in a reputed agency.
-Experience in writing briefs & creating marketing/strategy plans and budgets.
-Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on solution derived customer service
-Ability to provide tracking and reporting across clients and their individual projects
-Must be an expert in Business Communication skills with excellent authority on presentation applications (PowerPoint and/or Keynotes etc.)

 Salary
 -Negotiable

Other information:

- Office timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Friday).
- Office is located in Andheri near Metro station / Highway / Andheri Railway Station.
- The company has a strict policy of NOT engaging in any kind of advisory or freelance work while in employment.
