Hi Chiragh,

I am yet to meet a lawyer who specializes in the Internet here in Pune. There are specialists in Mumbai. On the other hand, I have met lawyers who specialize in Corporate Law, Consumer Law, Cybercrime and from that point of view have been very useful in consultations about all things related to the Internet.

We also have a Pro-bono office hours with Adv. Sunil Gokhale you might want to check out.

I the founder (and regd. Patent Agent) of INK IDEÉ (www.inkidee.com) - we are an Intellectual Property Rights' boutique firm. We do have in-house lawyers who deal with legalities involving Internet applications or web-based applications (EULA and such) - since we do patent filing for some start-ups in the same domain.
