1:- We will get the call from the Customer's From Client for The Technical Support (To Fix The Computer Issues).

2:- We have to solve the problem of the customers computer and pitch them for the plan's that we provide to them . (Like Anti-Virus & Cleaning Software)

3:- Software's Like Disdefrag and CCleaner.

4:- The Plan That We Pitch :-
1:- 1 Year Is For ($199.99).
2:- 3 Year's Is For ($299.99).
3:- And The Lifetime Is For ($399.99).

5:- Once the Customer select's the plan so
we have to take the Card Details ff the Customer's Like (Card Number, Expiration Date and The Year, CVC Number).

6:- And once he provides the details, We have to start the work on the computer.

(Troubleshooting only done when customer selects a plan)
