I have been into Writing / Editing for past several years and worked on multiple projects with multiple clients. I have a network of Writers throughout India and a lot of them are yet to be selected. The work is distributed according to their daily capacity and hence management is essential to deliver work on time, always. My requirement today is an exclusive one!


Since I am also doing a lot of other stuff, I would like someone with strong communication skills (who is already a Writer and preferably an Editor too) to manage operations on a daily basis all projects.

I would like someone with an experience between 6 months and 2 years to handle:

1) Coordination with the Team (through Email, Phone, SMS)
2) Editing of content
3) Operations
4) Evaluation of Writers through Test and other methods


I will continue to handle the following:

1) Business Development
2) Coordination with client
3) Accounts and Finance

I need someone based in Pune or Mumbai to partner with me and work on a regular basis. Housewives will be given a preference if they can dedicate a min. number of hours every day. Flexibility of timings is definitely there, however you should be quite handy with phone and SMS.


This is NOT a salaried position and I DO NOT have an office in Pune for this purpose, though I do have my offices in Pune and Mumbai as well (which are different companies). We need to work as Entrepreneurs and from our respective homes. Profits will be shared in a particular ratio, I would prefer discussing that over phone / physical meeting. One meeting every week (any day) shall be required in order to work throughout the difficulties and issues. After a few months, we can think of setting up an office in Pune or Mumbai based on requirement then. The concept I am looking at is way ahead of just general writing.
