Kick ass designer needed. Full time position

Hi People,

I am looking for a kick ass designer with lot of ideas.

We are looking for one who has ideas on everything- 

our brochures, our products, our apps and even our new office.

If you are looking for a ride and not a job, do let me know. Because this isnt just a job.

Requisites

Owner of a Android or iphone with lot of apps installed

Thinks some of the apps on his/her phone could have been designed in better manner

Have got professionally trained in designs

Knows tools such as Adobe photoshop, flash, illustrator

Has made a blog where he/she has put his/her portfolio for the world to see

Has been designing for last 4 years (including college years)
