Demonstrable and good understanding of UI design skills across web and mobile applications which includes manuals, brochures, corporate identities (logos, letterheads, etc.), online advertising campaigns (Social and Paid), emailers, wireframe, complete user journey from website and mobile perspective
Understand the business requirement and branding goals and the reasoning behind the requirement/goals and design the communication/user Interfaces that meet those requirements/goals
Must have a good understanding of UI (interface elements, style guides, responsive email templates, online ads template/requirement and work as per the band guidelines)
Ability to convert campaign briefs into relevant and effective visual ideas / concepts for online and offline
Must have a good understanding of print and web media and how to work on integrated campaigns
Hands on experience on software like Adobe CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Balsamiq etc.
Visualize and responsible for conceptualizing and creating intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent website design and mobile App layouts as and when required
Co-ordinate with the content team, marketing team and with the management team to develop designs in line with the campaign ideas.
Liaise with different teams to come up with Campaign and Design concepts for online marketing, social media activities and other e-commerce platforms
Create and Maintain Design Checklist, Design Documents and other documents as and when required
Research and stay updated about the current design trends and creative’s as per industry and competitors standards and constantly raise the benchmark
Team player, aesthetic skills and self motivated and learner
Provide Timelines, Maintain Time sheet, Adhere to timelines and maintain daily status reports
Understanding of updating and maintaining folder structure and file versions
