Keeping Customers delighted is the main moto of our startup and we are looking for an important post - Customer Support Executive, who will be responsible for customer success. He has to make sure each and every customer is delighted while using Townscript.

Responsibilities:

Handling Customer Support Desk
Making sure every customer is Happy
Helping customers if they face any issue via email, support desk, phone calls.
Reporting issues in the product to the Development team.

Job Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor degree. Engineers/ 0-2 years experience in Customer Support will be preferred.

Location: Pune
Type of Employment : Full Time

Salary:
It will range from INR 2.0L to 2.5L / Annum CTC
