This is a non conventional school started by Dr Kalbag in 1983. Here , school drop outs are introduced to the basic technologies related to home and health, energy , electrical, mechanical , civil engineering , agriculture, horticulture and animal husbandry.The training is for an year , with hostel facility . During the 12 months , the boys are also exposed to a descipline of early to bed , early to rise ,exercise, prayers , shramdan , working with your own hands, 50 % time in class room 50 % time work shop/laboratory / fields. They learn to weld, re wind a motor , repair a pump and a starter , milk a cow, learn about diseases in poultry , solar power lamps and a lot more.
What comes out at the end of the year is a confident youngster , armed with general knowledge and high class working culture.
