Job Responsibilities: 

The Business Systems Analyst will partner with the client to find the best and most optimal method to deliver the promised outcomes.

Job responsibilities include:

• Working with the client to discuss and deliver business requirements
• Ensuring that processes are implemented and followed to provide the client with regular updates
• Implementing processes to manage the MoneyChat India customer database and other business records
• Working with the Technology and Marketing teams to deliver customer requirements
• Communicating with customers and the team on a regular basis regarding outstanding deliverables and project status
• Assess and implement workflow requirements
• Working with the MoneyChat India team for achieving business and customer service delivery targets
• Estimating resource and record management requirements and creating plans, timelines, milestones
• Creating and presenting reports for clients and MoneyChat India management
• Creating user manuals, standard operating procedures and training documentation

Required Education: 

- A business degree

- M.B.A. from a reputed institution 

Required Work Experience: 

• Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar position
• A motivated and dedicated professional with a great sense of responsibility.
• A work ethic of dependability through punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability to perform as an efficient, detail oriented team player.  Proven ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of an organization.
• Excellent computer, communication, analytical and problem solving skills, specializing in program management and process improvement.

The candidate should have the ability to independently prioritize multiple requests and customer requirements, meet deadlines and provide a superior customer service experience to MoneyChat India clients.
