Best UI/UX designer for mobile applications

I started my career in mobile development 2 months back. Right now i am working on android. I found out that though my application has many features and functionalities it looks like a prototype (very basic, nothing professional) so i need some one who is working on  mobile applications and has experience on UI/UX , so that i can consult him.
