We are a small but funded startup looking to move into an office space but not interested in wasting too much money on high-end IT-park type of rentals. Any office space sharing or incubation interests from people out there who might have extra ununsed space or run incubation centers for startups?

The general area we are looking for is Yerwada/Kalyani Nagar. Okay to move a bit west towards Wakdewadi and a bit south towards KP/Camp but not more east than Kalyani Nagar.
