Permalink Reply by Shailender Singh on February 19, 2013 at 11:51pm Ok, so here is the real feedback -
(search your registered users database with a phone - 9881074644 - you will get all the details related to my case, intently i m not putting doctors name here)
The Good --
1. i registered successfully and within no time i was able to get a sms confirming my appointment. super cool and impressive.
The Bad --
1. I went to the Doctor clinic, they said - you have to wait for your turn and you have to wait for next 25 to 30 mins :) .. i said i have an appointment, see this sms.. they said - well then also :) and i said "ok thanks i dont want your services i will look for some other doc".. and i left :)
Conclusion -
1. Try to make a contract with the Docs/providers, so that they respect the commitments for getting savetime.com services.
You guys are working hard, you are paying for the instant SMS/notifications and to make a good platform but unless the providers (doctors etc) wont use it, wont serve it well - it wont go long.
Anyways, savetime.com will pick up..i m sure..but will take time... this is a real case study for u.. i will try again with some other doc :)
Thanks,
Shai
Permalink Reply by Mitesh Bohra on February 20, 2013 at 12:01pm Thanks a lot Shailendra. Really appreciate you going through the full circle and writing about it. It is a tough path we have chosen to put patients' interests ahead and there are many obstacles to get past before thigns become easier. We are diligently working on making things simpler for patients and saving their time. Your feedback is of tremendous help and we will try to figure out how we can solve this.
We will get there....

Permalink Reply by Shailender Singh on February 20, 2013 at 12:11pm you kno wot Mitesh, one more thing i want to add here - i think doctors also want to go ahead with this service but they need to educate their front office reception ppl also. Most of the time these ppl are not aware about such services and things get messed up... just again a thought from my side.
Thanks,
Shai
Permalink Reply by Mitesh Bohra on February 20, 2013 at 12:17pm Makes sense...we will start talking to doctors to see if they can let us talk to their receptionists about this..
Thank you again!
Permalink Reply by Shailender Singh on February 23, 2013 at 8:35pm hey Mitesh, jusst an idea .. it will be good if you get 4x5''(or smething like that) stickers printed with some text and a big "SAVETIME" logo on it.. and stick it on every doctors reception :), ofcourse who is registered on savetime.com.
I think i dont need to explain the benefits.. yeah there will be some challenges :)

Permalink Reply by Ashish Belagali on February 26, 2013 at 9:27pm Hi Mitesh,
How do you do?
It was interesting to read about your site and the comments - particularly this one. I think the problem is the supply and demand here. Most doctors make patients wait for at least half an hour even if they have prior appointment. What differentiator can your or some other service offer for making them follow the appointment schedule? I am not sure...
But a great concept, as others have said.
