Hi Sumedh - Rajan is the man to check with for this. The odds are not in favor - some 20+ folks have already piped in with an aye.

By any chance is it possible to shift this to Sunday? I will be in Pune by Sunday morning only :(

Hi Navin, Rajan has not fixed the Time + duration yet, we won't be having an all day event for sure. More like 2 hours.

Rajan, Navin has a point - do fix the venue.

a. I like the idea of this meet
b. I think a half-day event will work better than a full day event. Full day is too constraining
c. You need to finalize a time+place right away (by end of today), otherwise it will be too late, and then your attendance will suffer. Check with the usual suspects: SICSR, or Kaushik Gala of Venture Center, whether they would give their rooms for this event.
