Rajan, HirePlug would like to setup a meet for Web startups this weekend, Feb 6th (Saturday). Rajan could use your help to setup a precise and useful agenda that can help you.

Rajan, Navin has a point - do fix the venue.

b. I think a half-day event will work better than a full day event. Full day is too constraining
c. You need to finalize a time+place right away (by end of today), otherwise it will be too late, and then your attendance will suffer. Check with the usual suspects: SICSR, or Kaushik Gala of Venture Center, whether they would give their rooms for this event.
