For the smooth functioning, start-up companies can make use of the provisions of business laws, information technology law, intellectual property law and other domain-specific laws, and not to consider them as obstacles in business. The lawyers would help them in advising, researching and preparing the necessary documents, which would serve their interests and reduce them of their liabilities for any national or international transactions.
