Nibhrant Shah (@NibhrantShah) is the CEO and founder of Themis. Themis acts as a one stop shop for all start-ups and SME’s in handling their key back end functions. They currently partner with over 70 clients and work with portfolio companies of Norwest Venture Partners, Mumbai Angels, Blume Ventures, Warburg. Pincus etc.
A serial entrepreneur, Nibhrant sold his first business at the age of 23, while working as an Investment Banker in New York and London. He has also spent 2 years running karROX technologies one of India’s largest IT training company’s before starting Themis in November 2011. Nibhrant has received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Business).
Jayesh Baheti is a first generation entrepreneur who has founded Baheti & Somani, Chartered Accountants. His firm advises clients on legal and financial aspects. He works with various start-ups and Greenfield projects and specializes in business modeling.
He is a fellow chartered accountant and is a certified JCI-Trainer of Junior Chamber International. He does business mentoring and conducts training programs for businessmen, corporate and professional bodies. Jayesh is an active supporter of the Pune Open Coffee Club.
Amod Bapat is a Chartered Accountant from India and also a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) from U.S.A. He has worked in the Audit and Consulting Divisions of reputed Audit firms like Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen in their offices at Kuwait, Mumbai and Pune. He then joined his Family Firm Bapat and Company, Chartered Accountants.
He focuses in the areas of Business Planning and Analysis, Management Consulting, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Income Tax.
He is actively involved in helping and mentoring various Startup Companies and SME Companies both in the IT and non IT segment and is an active supporter of the Pune Open Coffee Club for startups. Apart from his professional activities, Amod is interested in Travelling, Trekking and Music both Indian and Western.
