About our Speaker: 

Nilambari Kulkarni is an engineer turned Counselling Psychologist, who until recently was working as a consultant with Cipla Palliative Care, Research and Training Centre as an Onco-Psychologist. 


Nilambari has a varied experience in corporate consulting, employee productivity assessment and therapeutic services. On occasions she undertakes guest lectures for psychology students and other clinical professionals. She also conducts sessions on various aspects ‘Psychological Well-Being’ for various organisations.


Along with her private practice she has recently started her own consulting firm, Felicity – Enterprising Productivity Solutions, specialising in people productivity optimisation in start-ups and small organisations.
