Event Description

Education and Technology is a vast subject. Teaching used to be in a classroom with black board, chalk and teacher with a scale.

Things have changes and how ? Today we have courses on social media, ethical hacking, cooking, animation, parenting, MBA entrance, entrepreneurship, robotics and finance for non finance professionals. The medium has changed to computer based education, distance learning, webinars, executive and continuous education. Even the conventional classrooms in schools have props, visual aids and homework is given through websites.

Change throws up a lots of opportunities for startups and Pune has lots of startups in Education space. As always, we at startup saturday pune (#sspune) would like to give you a flavor of this space. We are getting a range of people, who have spent years in education and technology. They will share their passion, mistakes, experience, learning and most importantly the opportunity that lies in front of them.

Please NOTE the CHANGE in time. Now it will start at 1 pm.

This is on popular demand. We have changed the SSPune timings so that interested guys can attend the next meet at Bhagirath which starts at 4 pm.

We can move together from CMRD to Bhagirath.

I have a suggestion- Please change the timing to 1-4pm if possible, because there is one more event at 4pm at bhageerath, Persistant which most of OCC members are eager to attend. There is overlapping of timings.
