Event Description

Nikhil is an individual investor who is visiting Pune for this next 3-4 days. The startups who operate in the space that he has mentioned (even early stage ones) are welcome to this meeting. Here is what Nikhil wrote about himself.

----------------

As I invest my own personal capital in companies in which I believe I can also add strategic value, I don’t have a formal fund with GPs and LP's set up. I usually come in at the very early stage - even at concepts.

What I am looking for/ interested in:
-- Connecting with other entrepreneurs who already have startups or are looking to launch soon
-- Sharing my resources and network with any interested party if it makes sense
-- Ideal industries/ sector/ etc: Healthcare, Enterprise applications, B2B/ B2C/B2G Marketplaces, Dating/ Matrimonials, e-Commerce
-- Brainstorming new ventures / ideas/ concepts

--------------------------

Guys - it was great to meet with you all. Very positive energy in the room. Lets keep the momentum going and work towards some great ventures.

I ran out of business cards at the end of the session but you can get in touch with me here: http://www.artilient.com/about/

I shall be back in January and look forward to continuing interacting in the meantime on different ventures. Good luck.

Yes, Ashish - it was a wonderful session at POCC. Post session, the interaction with you was quiet exiting and it opened many locked doors for me!

One of the reasons I participated in this event was to get the rush of ideas which is accompanied by such discussions with like-minded people.

I am committed for this cause, and I would attend even if we decide to have a twice in a month affair.

I have some ideas for future topics as well - let me know how does POCC finalizes the events' agenda, schedule, etc.?

PS - Ashish, I like your new commenting style ;)

Hi all,

Yes, it indeed turned out to be a great event with a fantastic participation from everyone. I am sure there was a good takeaway for some participants whose business ideas were discussed in the open forum.

The event highlighted the true spirit of POCC where entrepreneurs network and add value to one another.

In my case, the spirit (without alcohol) continued for another hour with Kunal Sonawala. I am grateful to Kunal for his time and sharing his valuable experience.

Do you think doing this on a regular basis will help? Would you be committed enough to come for such meetings every month  -- in case we plan it to be a monthly affair?

Regards,

/Ashish

It was indeed a good meet. Nice meeting all and getting to know about all the products/ideas. If you are reading this Vaibhav then lets connect. We also make Chikki in Kolhapur. We are the only ones who make it in pure Jaggery and have been around for 25 years.
